Acting chief of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Taufiqqurahman Ruki said on Thursday that the agency had lost only three of the 15 pretrial lawsuits filed against it so far.
“In 2015, of the 15 pretrial lawsuits filed against us, only three were fulfilled, while the remaining others were rejected. So in terms of quantity, it is not too bad,” he stated in defense of the anti-graft agency’s performance during a hearing with Commission III of the House of Representatives.
He added that losing only three lawsuits filed against it reflected the hard work of KPK investigators.
